We are seeking a customer-focused and organized After-Sales Support Associate to assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, service requests, and product-related concerns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests after product or service purchases.
• Provide information about product usage, warranties, service policies, and support procedures.
• Assist with processing service requests, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Follow up on customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with technical, sales, and service teams to address customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
• Monitor outstanding cases and provide regular updates to customers.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic product or service-related problems.
• Gather customer feedback and identify recurring service concerns.
• Prepare after-sales reports and update relevant customer databases.
• Support improvements in customer service procedures and service quality.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or after-sales support is beneficial but not essential.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
