Technical Specialist

📍 Jundiaí, SP, Brazil | Full-time

Reporting Line: Technical / Operations Manager

Mission:

Support COMEM latin america by providing technical expertise in product engineering, quality, customer requirement analysis, and technical-commercial activities, ensuring alignment with COMEM Group standards and customer expectations.

Role Description:

The Technical Specialist at COMEM latin america will provide technical support to local operations, working closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales functions and acting as a technical interface with COMEM Group Headquarters.

The role will contribute to product and process improvement, technical problem-solving, customer requirement analysis, and the effective transfer of technical knowledge across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering documentation, product updates, and technical development activities.
• Support commercial activities through technical analysis and feasibility assessments.
• Support quality, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving initiatives.
• Act as the technical interface between COMEM latin america and COMEM headquarters.

Requirements

Education:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• The position is also open to junior professionals and recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Professional Experience

• Up to 2 years of experience in Engineering, Quality, Technical Support, or a related role within an industrial manufacturing environment. Recent graduates with relevant academic, internship, or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience with electromechanical products or applications in the power industry will be considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CAD systems will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Languages

• Fluent Portuguese.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage.
