Role OverviewWe are inviting experienced Laboratory Specialists from any country to join the Kyrios Global Community and participate in paid, short‑term research and advisory opportunities related to laboratory medicine, diagnostics, clinical testing, and healthcare innovation. Participation is completely flexible and designed to complement your professional practice.

This is not a full‑time or employed position and does not require ongoing commitment.

What Participation Involves- Contributing professional insights to laboratory and diagnostics‑related research studies

• Participating in surveys, virtual expert panels, or advisory discussions
• Sharing perspectives on testing workflows, technologies, and clinical laboratory practices
• Engaging remotely (online or by phone)
• Selecting opportunities aligned with your expertise and availability

Qualifications- Laboratory Specialist, Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Technologist (MT), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Biomedical Scientist, or equivalent laboratory professional

• Active licensure, certification, or professional registration, where applicable
• Experience working in clinical, hospital, reference, academic, public health, or private laboratories
• Interest in research, innovation, diagnostics, or clinical thought leadership

CompensationHonoraria ranging from $50 to $500+ per study, based on scope, format, and time commitment.

There is no minimum participation required.
