Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to drive the modernization and enhancement of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role requires strong expertise in SQL Server, ETL processes, system integrations, and enterprise application analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Drive system analysis, solution design, and application modernization initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, application support, and external vendors.
• Design and document system integration solutions and maintain enterprise integration blueprints.
• Support application testing, enhancements, implementation, and production stability.
• Define user stories and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Identify technical challenges and recommend scalable, reliable solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, complex queries, stored procedures, and database programming.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience in enterprise application integration, system analysis, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS; Azure is a plus.

Good to Have

• 3+ years of experience with .NET Framework.
• Knowledge of SOA, EAI, and enterprise integration platforms such as Informatica.
• Experience with IIS, JBoss, and CI/CD pipelines.

Domain Experience

Experience in any of the following domains will be highly preferred:

• Life Insurance
• Annuity
• Reinsurance
• Financial Services
