This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a GTM Recruiter - Contractor to play a pivotal role in building high-performing and diverse teams that align with our company values. Reporting within the Talent Acquisition organization, this position offers a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to prospect top talent, drive structured interview processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing, international environment.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office - Marginal Pinheiros - Av. das Nações Unidas, 12901 - 3rd floor, Brooklin, São Paulo)

Duration: 6 months (to begin with)

Your Impact

The GTM Recruiter is a critical partner in scaling our Go-to-Market teams and shaping the workforce that protects our digital way of life. Working closely with business leaders and hiring managers, you will drive full-cycle recruiting, champion diverse and inclusive talent pipelines, and ensure a structured, seamless hiring journey for every candidate. This role requires a proactive, collaborative talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leverages modern recruitment technology, and brings strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities to attract world-class talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Prospecting & Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels—including networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media, career fairs, and targeted research—to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Full-Cycle Interview Management: Drive a structured, consistent interview process from initial outreach to close, coordinating interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up activities.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with colleagues and hiring managers, providing market insights, pipeline data, and strategic guidance to facilitate sound hiring decisions.
• Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Foster a passion for building diverse candidate pipelines, embedding inclusive practices throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
• Offer Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate the offer process, including compensation discussions, salary negotiations, and closing terms of employment.
• Consultant Oversight: Support consultants while on assignment, assisting with redeployment planning as project assignments approach completion.
• Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate candidate data and process workflows across Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms, specifically Workday.

Your Experience

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment.
• Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated track record in proactive talent sourcing, structured candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Systems Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with direct proficiency in Workday.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to guide candidates and influence hiring managers effectively.
• Mindset: Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment, bringing a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to thrive under competitive, fast-moving conditions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
