Role Description The Operations Coordinator / Operations Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities that keep the recruitment platform running smoothly. This role will coordinate administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and assist with scheduling and communication between internal teams and external partners. The specialist will monitor workflows, identify process gaps, and help implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Daily activities may include responding to inquiries from job seekers and employers, preparing reports, updating system data, and ensuring operational procedures are followed. The role requires consistent collaboration with colleagues in a virtual environment and a focus on reliability, organization, and service quality.
