Generalist

Position: BA Generalist

Type: Short-Term Contract

Compensation: $9/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20 40 hours/week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Engagement Length: Up to 1 week

Role Responsibilities

• Create, solve, and annotate analytical challenges, logical problems, and realistic decision-making scenarios.
• Develop step-by-step solutions, logical proofs, and clear explanations demonstrating sound reasoning.
• Conduct independent online research to verify claims, numerical accuracy, and supporting evidence.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, relevance, and logical consistency.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning gaps, hallucinations, and errors in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback, corrections, and structured annotations to improve AI model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline is mandatory.
• Strong English reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, deductive reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in online research, fact-checking, and source verification.
• Ability to provide precise feedback, annotations, and detailed explanations.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or related analytical roles is an added advantage.
• Dedicated personal desktop or laptop with updated software and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work 20 40 hours per week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST.
