Analista financeiro sênior

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple financial analysis projects at the same time. At month end, you will be responsible for budget, projection, and actual variance commentary.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope

• Agent & Office Account Reconciliation:
• Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and review TPA bank statements.
• Conduct ASA (Agent Statement of Account) Approval Reviews and cross-check AP/AR postings for ONE offices and TPAs.
• Resolve Account Schedule issues and audit local charges for TPAs.
• Monitor and process TPA Aging Inquiry Reports.
• Financial Control & Reporting:
• Maintain the Daily Cash Report and generate Local Revenue Reports.
• Manage GAS (General Accounting System) reports, submissions, and remittance controls.
• Control D&D (Demurrage & Detention) Guarantee Deposit Reports.
• Audit tax data, including X/V-Codes and Claimable/Refundable Tax entries.
• Approvals & Governance:
• Review and approve commission calculations and CSR AP requests.
• Process AODOCs submissions and oversee approval workflows.
• Issue monthly closing reminders and track compliance across TPA and ONE offices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in shipping lines, freight forwarding, maritime logistics, or corporate accounting/financial reconciliation is strongly preferred.
• Language Skills: Advanced / Fluent English/Spanish (required for daily communication with overseas offices, TPAs, and system reports).
