TCS is seeking Data Analytics & Automation Engineer to support corporate data integration, transformation, analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will develop data-driven solutions that enhance operational management and decision-making processes. This role involves designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, automating business processes through the Microsoft Power Platform, and contributing to data governance and quality improvement initiatives

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data collection, transformation, and consolidation from multiple sources.
• Develop data models, Power Query transformations, and DAX measures.
• Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate solutions across SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate data into strategic insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and traceability across reporting solutions.
• Support data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support and training for implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Active CREA registration.
• Strong experience with ETL processes and data transformation.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including:
• Data Modeling
• Power Query
• DAX
• Dashboard and Management Reporting Development
• Intermediate experience with Power Automate.
• Experience in data analysis, data structuring, and data consolidation.
• Knowledge of KPI development and information management
