Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team at 5C Company! 📊

In this role, you will support our core financial operations across Accounting, Treasury, and Payroll. Combining hands-on execution, financial analysis, and operational controls, you will ensure accurate records, timely payments, reliable reporting, and serve as a key point of contact with external accounting partners.

📌 What you will do:

• Execute and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows, billing cycles, and client balances.
• Monitor and project cash flow across multiple banking institutions and global payment platforms.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies against internal records.
• Support payroll accuracy and contractor/vendor invoice processing (including allowances, additions, and deductions).
• Validate cost centers, commercial terms, and journal entries for month-end close.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms to support timely closures and audit readiness.
• Build financial dashboards, reports, and analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Participate in process standardization, financial controls, and automation initiatives.

💼 Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial operations (AP, AR, FP&A), preferably in a BPO or shared-services environment.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel / Sheets skills (financial modeling).
• Solid exposure to payroll processes and payment reconciliation.
• Strong analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and deadline discipline.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (desirable).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Personal computer suitable for remote work.

• Model: 100% Remote (Home Office) | Schedule to be defined.
• Compensation: USD $1,020 / month.
