About the Position

We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant with strong configuration expertise and end-to-end implementation experience to support warehouse management and logistics processes in a global project environment.

The professional will focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), covering inbound and outbound logistics, internal warehouse operations, organizational structures, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

The position requires hands-on experience throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, as well as advanced English communication skills for international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP EWM warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins, Warehouse Process Types (WPT), determination rules, and control parameters.
• Design and configure SAP EWM organizational structures and warehouse management processes.
• Implement inbound logistics processes, including Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN), Goods Receipt (GR), Deconsolidation, Putaway Strategies, and Quality Management integration.
• Configure outbound logistics processes, including Picking, Packing, Staging, Wave Management, Shipping, and Loading.
• Implement internal warehouse processes such as Replenishment, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting, and Slotting.
• Work with Embedded and/or Decentralized SAP EWM environments.
• Configure and support ERP-EWM logistics document distribution, particularly Inbound Delivery processing.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, covering Blueprint, Design, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Configure and support integrations between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA, including SAP Transportation Management (TM), RF/Fiori, and interfaces using IDoc, RFC, OData, and EDI.
• Configure and manage Control Indicators, determination rules, and operational control mechanisms within SAP EWM.

Mandatory Requirements

• Senior-level experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring warehouse structures, storage types, storage bins, Warehouse Process Types (WPT), determination rules, and control parameters.
• Deep understanding of SAP EWM organizational structures and warehouse process configuration.
• Practical experience with Inbound Logistics, including ASN, Goods Receipt, Deconsolidation, Putaway Strategies, and Quality Management integration.
• Practical experience with Outbound Logistics, including Picking, Packing, Staging, Wave Management, Shipping, and Loading.
• Experience with internal warehouse processes, including Replenishment, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting, and Slotting.
• Experience working with Embedded and/or Decentralized SAP EWM environments.
• Knowledge of ERP-EWM logistics document distribution, especially Inbound Delivery processing.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects, including Blueprint, Design, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Strong integration experience between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA, including SAP TM and RF/Fiori.
• Experience with integration technologies and interfaces, including IDoc, RFC, OData, and EDI.
• Knowledge of Control Indicators, determination rules, and operational control mechanisms within SAP EWM.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience specifically with Embedded SAP EWM.
• Knowledge of Material Flow System (MFS).
• Exposure to warehouse automation solutions.
• Experience with operational KPIs and monitoring dashboards.
• Participation in global logistics transformation projects.

Languages

• English: Advanced/Fluent — Mandatory for professional communication and collaboration in global projects.
