Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, REST APIs, and Salesforce integrations, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD, test automation, and deployment best practices.

This is a remote opportunity based in Brazil, offering the chance to collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, project managers, and cross-functional technical teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US to deliver scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business use cases and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design and implement scalable, reliable Salesforce solutions.
• Configure, customize, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, controllers, triggers, batch processes, and Visualforce pages.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Salesforce platform customizations.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services to support seamless system integrations.
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing functionality and business processes.
• Work with Project Managers and Product Managers to establish realistic project schedules and delivery plans.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Follow Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, governance policies, and deployment best practices.
• Manage Salesforce security configurations, including profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and data visibility.
• Support the application development lifecycle, including testing, packaging, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams and provide technical guidance and training to business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Salesforce development, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce implementation, development, and configuration best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Apex programming, controllers, triggers, batch processes, and SOQL.
• Experience developing custom solutions using Visualforce, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including custom objects, custom fields, workflows, and approval processes.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of at least one conventional programming language, such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD, observability, test automation, deployment, and packaging.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, access controls, data visibility, and governance.
• Experience working with Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of algorithms, coding standards, and software development best practices.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ development and configuration experience.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and integration design.
