*Role Overview:*

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in developing, designing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.

*Key Skills & Responsibilities:*

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI reports and dashboard development.
• Expertise in *DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and Data Modeling*.
• Knowledge of Star Schema, relationships, measures, and calculated columns.
• Experience with complex DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
• Connect Power BI with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong experience in report performance optimization, large datasets, data refresh, query execution, and dashboard responsiveness.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Performance Analyzer, DAX Studio, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service, Semantic Models, Scheduled Refresh, Gateways, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines.
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace access controls, and data governance.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Data Integration.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting, documentation, development standards, and deployment practices.
• Good collaboration and communication with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and QA teams.

*Good to Have:*

• Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or enterprise data platforms.
• Power BI Embedded and large-scale enterprise reporting.
• Capacity Planning, Report Usage Monitoring, and Power BI Licensing/Capacity knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

*Looking for:* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with experience delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise reporting solutions.
