Agente Comercial

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is fluent in English, enjoys connecting with people from different cultures, and is motivated by developing long-term business relationships in an international environment.

As part of our team, you will work directly with customers across North America, Europe, and other global markets, representing innovative industrial solutions used by leading steel producers worldwide.

What You'll Do:

Develop Customer Relationships

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing international customers.
• Conduct regular phone and online meetings to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.

Business Communication

• Write professional and persuasive emails to engage customers and present solutions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure effective follow-up communication.
• Support commercial negotiations and customer retention initiatives.

International Travel

• Travel periodically to customer sites in the United States and Europe.
• Meet customers face-to-face, strengthen partnerships, and gain firsthand understanding of their operations and challenges.
• Work closely with the sales team to plan and maximize the impact of customer visits.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid passport and B1/B2 U.S. visa.
• Valid driver's license and driving experience.
• Availability for international travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
