JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for a talented Director of Advertising to lead our Ads team. In this role, you will oversee a team of PPC Specialists, manage escalations on our highest-budget accounts, and own strategic direction across Google Ads (PPC and LSA), Meta, and any additional advertising services.

Although you will not be doing the day-to-day work on every account, you are ultimately accountable for ensuring our clients' ad accounts are properly onboarded, built, optimized, and kept compliant with legal advertising standards. We measure success based on our clients' advertising ROI.

Must-have qualifications:- Experience managing an ads team

• An advanced understanding (ideally 5+ years experience) of Google PPC and Local Services Ads
• An advanced understanding of conversion tracking deployment, including third-party lead-tracking platforms and Zapier-based integrations
• Experience in the legal vertical and a working knowledge of legal advertising compliance
• Self-sufficiency, strong desire to “own” your department
• Eagerness to research, test, and roll out AI-assisted tools and proactively innovate/find solutions

Nice-to-have qualifications:- Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Have experience running Meta Ads, Bing Ads, or managing internal/in-house lead-gen campaigns

This role will work a US business day schedule.
