Proposal Manager, Presales

In this role, you'll own the creation of client-facing proposals, bringing input from Sales, Delivery, and Security into clear, polished documents. You'll coordinate contributors and keep each response on track from intake to submission.

What You'll Do:

• Lead proposals from intake through submission and follow-up.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Coordinate contributors, deadlines, and reviews.
• Write and assemble proposal content with a consistent voice.
• Complete security questionnaires and vendor registrations.
• Maintain the proposal content library and templates.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience owning client-facing proposals for software or IT services.
• Track record managing the response process end to end.
• Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responses at once.
• Studies in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Upper-intermediate written English or above.
