ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• Fluent English, with ability to lead meetings and communicate with stakeholders from the USA.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including Solution Architecture and hands-on development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITBM/PPM, APM, CSM, and Service Catalog.
• Advanced experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, Jelly scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, Integration Hub, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, automation, CMDB, and ServiceNow data models.
• Experience designing technical architectures, integration patterns, data models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience establishing ServiceNow platform standards, governance, and development best practices.
• Experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and technical teams.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP integration patterns and cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Agile methodologies, SSO, LDAP/Active Directory, security, and access controls.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and presentation skills.

Required Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least 2 modules.

Nice to Have:

• ITIL Foundation v4 or higher.
• Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Establish ServiceNow platform standards, governance, coding guidelines, and development best practices.
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, integrations, and platform optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and technical consultants.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and Integration Hub.
• Drive automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and custom scripting.
• Support platform performance, security, scalability, technical debt management, and compliance.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features, AI/ML capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Support ServiceNow Center of Excellence practices and knowledge transfer initiatives.
