Position OverviewWe are seeking Mandarin-speaking sourcing and international trade professionals currently based in South America to support a range of international sourcing, procurement, trading, and business development projects.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with knowledge of the Chinese market, strong communication skills, and an interest in connecting international businesses, suppliers, and commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with potential suppliers, manufacturers, and international business partners.

• Support sourcing, procurement, and international trading activities.
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and commercial stakeholders.
• Assist with supplier evaluations, negotiations, and commercial coordination.
• Coordinate sourcing and international business projects.
• Support business development and market expansion initiatives.
• Help facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking suppliers and international business teams.

Candidate Requirements- Professional Mandarin proficiency (native-level fluency preferred).

• Currently based in South America, including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, or other countries in the region.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Chinese market, sourcing, procurement, trading, or international business.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake international business travel when required.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Compensation: €1,000–€2,500 per month, depending on experience, contract type, responsibilities, and workload.
