LATAM field service engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to our customers and distributors in time.

2. Complete installation, training, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting/ repairing to our customers, make service record and send back to headquarter technical support.

3. Support our regional sales to our distributors, include application/service training.

equirements:

1. Bachelor or above degrees, mechanical engineering, bioengineering, electrical engineering prefered.

2. 2+ years experience on medical field or repairing mechaical or electronic equipments.

3. Moving the equipment for at least 25Kg, include the tools, devices, spare parts and etc.

4. Able to travel to different countries in Latin America area.

5. Good communication skills and service awareness, strong sense of responsibility.
