We are looking for a SAP TM Consultant.

In this role you will:

Gather and analyze transportation and logistics business requirements.
Configure and support SAP TM processes, including planning, execution, and settlement.
Design and implement transportation management solutions aligned with business needs.
Integrate SAP TM with S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, and external carrier systems.
Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing AMS support.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
Drive process optimization and transportation cost reduction initiatives.
Support global rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams across regions.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in SAP TM configuration and support.
Expertise in Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement.
Hands-on experience integrating SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP SD, MM, and GTS.
Knowledge of Transportation Cockpit, Charge Management, and Tendering processes.
Experience in end-to-end logistics and transportation business processes.
Ability to analyze business requirements and provide TM solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP Event Management (EM).

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of SAP Business Network for Logistics (LBN).
Exposure to SAP Fiori applications in TM.
SAP TM certification.
Experience in Agile and DevOps delivery models.
Preferred Pharmaceutical Industry Experience.
